‘Athletic country club’: New upscale fitness complex opening soon in Las Vegas
Upscale gym Life Time betting big on Las Vegas Life Time is building an athletic club in Southern Nevada on the site of a failed high-rise project in Downtown Summerlin. The location was originally intended to house Sullivan Square, a high-rises condo project with retail and offices. Life Time acquired the site for $14 million. The main workout area is shown during a tour of the under-construction Life Time health club, located at 8555 W. Sunset Road in southwest Las Vegas.
