Airbnb activates anti-party technology in Las Vegas for Halloween
Airbnb activates anti-party technology in Las Vegas this Halloween to stop disruptive gatherings and protect local hosts, neighborhoods and rental stays. Airbnb is activating its anti-party technology system across the United States, including in Las Vegas, to reduce the risk of disruptive gatherings over the holiday weekend. The system aims to identify higher-risk booking attempts and enforce the platform's year-round ban on disruptive parties. Last year, the measures deter approximately 40 people in Las Las Vegas from booking an entire home through the platform. The anti-parting system allows users to book alternative lodging accommodations on Airbnb, including private rooms and hotel listings.
