LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - An unlicensed Las Vegas contractor accused of scamming a local woman has entered a guilty plea.

Alfred Martin Lagunas entered the plea in front of Judge Harmony Letizia in Clark County Justice Court on March 25. He was ordered to stay out of trouble and to pay restitution in the amount of $1,405.04.

According to court documents, if he complies with those conditions, the charge against him will be dismissed. If not, he can be found guilty and a 60-day suspended sentence would be imposed.

A status check on Lagunas’ following of those requirements is scheduled in Clark County Justice Court on June 24.
