Mother arrested after allegedly leaving 4 kids under 14 alone while she was working in Vegas
A Florida mother has been arrested after she left her four children under 14 years old home alone while she was in Las Vegas, according to officials. Irene Miller, a Florida mother, has been arrested on four counts of child neglect for allegedly leaving her four children under 14 alone while she was working in Las Vegas. The children, who are under 14 years old, were found without an adult on Oct. 21 when one of the children called 911 after reporting a fall on her 9-year-old brother's head. Miller told investigators that she was in Las Las Vegas and a babysitter was checking on the children. She was taken into custody when she returned to Florida and has since been released. Osceola County Sheriff Chris Blackmon stated that charges will be brought against the parents who are not properly supervising or caring for their children.
