Rob Gronkowski Has Strong Message for Raiders on QB Situation
Former NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski shared a strong message for the Las Vegas Raiders on their QB situation. The Las Vegas Raiders are currently on a four-game losing streak and are set to face the New York Jets. The question is whether it is time to turn to No. 1 pick Fernando Mendoza as their long-term quarterback. Kirk Cousins, who has played 299 pass snaps for the Raiders this season, has been performing well, earning a 72.8 overall PFF grade so far this season and throwing for 1,877 yards and 16 touchdowns against five interceptions. However, former NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski believes that if the Raiders are out of playoff contention, they should switch to MendoZA. Former NFL QB Robert Griffin III also believes that the time is now for a switch from Cousins to MendOza.
