Man sentenced up to life for murder of wife, alleged hitman in Las Vegas
A man is sentenced to 60 years to life for the killing of his wife and the hitman he supposedly hired to kill her. Thomas Randolph has been convicted of murdering his wife, Sharon Causse, and the alleged hitman, Michael Miller. The case went viral after Randolph was initially convicted in 2017, but his conviction was overturned by the Nevada Supreme Court. Judge Tierra Jones sentenced him to up to 60 years to life for the death of his wife and Miller. A hearing is set for April 18 to appoint new counsel for Randolph. Four of Randolph's previous wives have died.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - A man has been convicted for the death of his wife and the man he supposedly hired to kill her.
The 2008 case went viral. Thomas Randolph was initially found guilty in 2017, but the Nevada Supreme Court reversed his conviction as they ruled that jurors should not have heard details about Randolph’s second wife, Becky Gault, who died in 1986.
Judge Tierra Jones sentenced him up to 60 years to life for the death of his wife, Sharon Causse and the reported hitman, Michael Miller.
A hearing is scheduled on April 18 at 9 a.m. to appoint new counsel for Randolph. According to a social media post from the 8th District Court, Randolph indicated intentions to appeal the case.
Four of his previous wives have died. At the time, prosecutors in 1986 said Randolph collected $500,000 in insurance money after Gault’s death and stood to gain $360,000 in insurance money from Causse’s death.
Randolph says he shot Miller, who he had befriended a few months earlier, after he found Causse dead inside their home in 2017. Causse was found dead from a single gunshot wound to the head. Miller was killed in the garage after Randolph shot him numerous times, according to court records.
