The a la carte menu features 10 guest favorites, including kakuni, 10-hour braised pork belly, yellowtail pastrami, crispy whole fish and grilled pork chops. The special menu also includes signature cocktails like the White Lily and Wagyu Manhattan, and desserts like jasmine panna cotta and crème brûlée doughnuts. Warren Richards, MGM grand vice president of food and beverage, described the anniversary as a "proud milestone" for MGM Grand and its guests.
